There are times when I'm at church worshipping. I get this urge to shout so loud, so loud that everyone hears me. I don't understand why but when I let it out I feel something in me that gets excited. Its like the joy of the spirit saying " show them how much you love Him, let it out. Let it all out." Thats what I have been doing. I don't always but when i feel I need to I don't hold it in anymore. He is the only one that deserves our praise.
The spirit brought me to these verses....
Come, everyone! Clap your hands! Shout to God with joyful praise!
Psalms 47:1 NLT
I will shout for joy and sing your praises, for you have ransomed me.
Psalms 71:23 NLT
Makes sense to me. The more we submit to Him and listen, the more we also learn from Him. We learn to trust in Him. We learn to not be afraid. We learn that we have freedom. We learn that He wants us to feel the joy that we are suppose to feel. Why? Because Jesus loves us that much. He is the good Shepard and protects His sheep. Hallelujah.....
So friends when you feel that urge to do something, you know that gut type feeling. Sometimes I get that goose bump feeling with no goose bumps. The Holy Spirit is trying to get your attention. Follow through with it because there is a reason for it that we do not understand or see, its spiritual. When you follow through with it seek Jesus you will see Him all over it.
